My E-Learning Module took me more than three weeks to complete, and it teaches my audiences to cook a piece of tripe in hot pot, moreover how to cook it perfectly. In this lesson of food culture, it allows viewers to follow several cooking steps, and eventually know how to deal with a piece of raw tripe. During the process, there are some alternatives for them, and these choices will lead them to the best result.

Mainly, my audiences are international students who came to my hometown to finish their further studies, and their age is from 19-23. Besides, a scenario is also one of the elements for my E-Learning module. Specifically, all students should know how to use chopsticks, and they love Chinese culture. This module provides them with a chance to see a part of the local food culture. On the one hand, after learnt from my module, they will be able to cook a perfect piece of tripe in the hotpot, which is with better texture and tastes. On the other hand, they can recognize the uniqueness of Chongqing hotpot, and finally, embrace the local culture and create their way of eating hot pot.

Students could study this E-Learning Module both in and outside the classroom, and they can also share the module in groups if they want to. Targeted audiences need a laptop or desktop to study this module. I do not recommend my students to use a smartphone or a pad. Some of the video and audio resources could not be compatible with android and mac OS. Therefore, with the help of technologies, each student should be able to complete my E-Learning Module alone within 5-10 minutes. However, I will send this module to their Email and tell them something they could encounter while learning. After they have done learning, I will take them to a local hot pot restaurant for practicing. Eventually, I will start a competition of cooking the most delicious piece of tripe to engage everyone.
