Education leaders do not engage without a purpose, and they must learn to keep records and track their learning experience. It is critical to set goals to remain current on emerging technologies for learning, innovations in pedagogy and advancements in the learning sciences because the process keeps investing the quality of learning and teaching. Especially for the knowledge that educators have been absorbing, they must realize the high chance of forgetting the unmarked skills and resources.

Keeping a record of everything I have learned and gained is even more important in the practicing field. The process of learning is a process of building my own database as well. With the information and data I have received, I could apply better implementation to my professional works. Meanwhile, I could link my thoughts and ideas to the materials to support my reading ability and data analysis skills.

According to ISTE standard 5a, educator leaders should promote tech-based methods to help teachers emerge technology, data and materials for future learning and course designing. In addition, they must blend technological support into pedagogy as well.
