The shared vision and appropriate used technology guarantee the function of the project according to the standard. I pursuit sustainability and referencible of the project to fulfill various needs from students and colleagues. I was raised in a totally different education system and a total stranger to the BC curriculum system before designing this project. It is a traditional classroom versus tech-based digital learning environment. It was really hard for me to transfer and change my pre-concept from my previous studies. Moreover, it made me start doubting the efficiency and function of my experience back in my country. As an individual who survived hundreds of exams, I struggled to design the assessments from another perspective. Thus, the sense of pride and achievement made me really happy and motivated me to design effective assessments in my future practice.

If I could work in Canada and devote my skills and learning experience to the locate education system, it would be great to work with enthusiasm and curiosity. ISTE standard gives me a clear direction and insurance to my learning process. Once your career is with motivation, your work is going to be motivated and efficient. Under the ISTE standards guideline, I hope to produce decent assessments with clear purpose and learning outcomes in the future study.
