My Philosophy
Educators should always support their students, transmissible with the content knowledge and engageable with problem-solving. I believe an educator should at least possess these three elements.

Hello
From an educator’s perspective, I have always tried to transfer the knowledge into something more practical. In the 21st century, a definition of successful educators is beyond what we were thinking in the past decades. As an educator, we should keep improving to reach the current standards. My experiences allow me to combine cognitivism and constructivism in teaching methods. I prefer to encourage students to create their unique thinking patterns, which could help them evaluate and analyze problems while learning. In other words, educators could create a community for discussion and problem-solving, which involves both students and teachers, because teachers have flexible roles for the students to fit in. They could be a reliable database, a good friend, or a person to debate. So that learners feel engaged during the learning process.
Hello
Excellent educators must know how to trigger the students’ mastery learning abilities and guide their students through it. Bates (2019) stated, “One consequence of the constructivist theory is that each individual is unique, because the interaction of their different experiences, and their search for personal meaning, results in each person being different
from anyone else” (p. 59).
I would compare teaching to fishing, imagining the learners are fishes in the lake, and how can we attract them? Only worms and fishing rods might be helpful. A successful fisher always knows to use better bait to gather fish. Therefore, educators must be experts in their fields and ready to innovate.
